proudambassador: Londo Mollari peers down the hall in Green 2. (Watching)

So. That? Was not the smartest thing someone has ever done, hm? Killing someone when they come back to life, that is backwards. It is also most stupid. And most annoying. That, I could do with not remembering. You will not find me an easy target again, no, no. I will be armed as of today.

I do not suppose anyone missed me. No matter.

It might. I can't be sure. Can't argue with the pain bit, though.

Outside of hiring a bodyguard? Sorry, don't think there's anything here that can. Do you know if you have decent aim?

That is not how I am supposed to die. I cannot explain it. But I know how I will die, and that was not it, so I am not dead. Unless I already died before coming here, and therefore it is completely wrong for me to die again, and I will take it up with whatever gods this place may have should I meet them.

I do not. The wastebasket, it is easy to hit, but it is not trying to avoid being hit, hm?

live_ringer: (That I have found it.)

What do you mean, you know how you'll die? Some sort of gut feeling?

Hm. If you had some aim on your side I'd recommend a gun since it doesn't take the sort of physical strength hand-to-hand does. But since I'm not keen on the idea of friendly fire, maybe you're better off getting a shield of some sort.

It was a part of my dream. How I will die, that I know the how.

I mean that I do not know, not that I have poor aim. I have had little reason to test it.

Huh. Strange.

Might be something to look into, in that case.

It did not feel strange. It felt right.

Yes. Do you know if there are darts in the bar? I do not think I have looked for them.

Strange from an outside perspective, then.

I'm pretty sure they do.

Everything is strange from an outside perspective. You are strange, and I am strange. Maybe to the people who made the Tree, it is not.

Then that is a safe way to try aim, no?

Point.

Sounds like a decent place to start, at least.

And darts, they do not have recoil.

True. It's very unlikely you'll break your nose from holding a dart the wrong way. Still might put out an eye, but only if you're really not paying attention.

Or if my hand 'slips' and it happens to hit someone being very annoying, hm?

live_ringer: (Enlightening.)
From: [personal profile] live_ringer
Well, we do all make 'mistakes'. I suppose it is inevitable.
