Nine Purple Files
The high scores on the games of chance here, in this Wilderness, I have beaten. The shooting games I am decent at, but the others, I find I do not understand them. Why would one dodge a monkey throwing barrels? Why would aliens attack in neat little rows so you can shoot them? One defender, they could not fight that many, no.
A more important question, why is there no alcohol here? Surely, if you are fighting monkeys, or pushing buttons to fight, to enjoy it you must be a little tipsy, hm? Rum. That, it goes well with Coke, no? And there is much Coke here.
I will pay someone to bring rum down here. And then, we may share it and play, yes?

Buttons. With simple buttons, you control everything. Push them, move the little stick, and you can do anything. Even something as pointless as getting a frog across a road. That is the point of that one! I have played it, I have looked for deeper meaning, and there is none! You get the frog... across the road. Humans! This, it can only be Human.
Re: Quicklog
Yes, Humans are often a bit odd. [She squinted at the screen, watching the little colored pixels wiggling back and forth across it, then tapped a few of the buttons to see what would happen. A small box-shaped series of pixels moved right and then left across the bottom of the screen, and then launched some kind of weapon. One of the things coming down from the top of the screen exploded a bit spectacularly. Fred blinked.] Goodness! What an interesting effect... ah, what is the point, or lack of point, of this particular one?

Often, or most of the time? Most, I find. [He watched her blow up a 'ship' and shook his head, tut-tutting.] When the games start, they often tell you the story. You, you have just shot down an alien ship. They have no home and they wanted to make a new one on earth, and so the humans, they are panicking and shooting. To win, according to that game, you hide behind the blocks, [he pointed them out,] when they shoot, and shoot back and destroy them. I have let that game go, because if it runs on its own, the aliens, they get a home.
